The challenge
We run many client projects at once in India and the USA. Updates were spread across email, Teams chats and spreadsheets, and small promises made in emails could slip.
Reports took hours to prepare by hand, and every figure had to be checked before it reached a client.
What we built
- A morning sync agent: one run collects updates from email, Teams and our team updates hub for every running project, checks them and drafts the day's team emails.
- A promise tracker: every day it reads the emails we sent to clients, finds each date we promised and turns it into a tracked task.
- A knowledge-base search (RAG) over project emails, notes and playbooks, so answers come with the source.
- SEO and analytics monitoring through Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing and Cloudflare, with monthly client reports drafted and every figure verified.
- Website work done by an agent: arthonsys.com was rebuilt on one template, tested and published by an AI agent under review.
How the AI works
- Agents run on Anthropic's Claude and use real tools: APIs, scripts and test runs, not just chat.
- Every figure is checked against its source before it goes into a report or email.
- A person approves every email to a client or the team. Agents prepare; people send.
Results
- arthonsys.com rebuilt as 70+ pages on one template, with all 186 old URLs mapped so no link was lost.
- Desktop Lighthouse score of 100 for performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO on our home, portfolio and AI pages.
- 511 mobile layout checks (73 pages at 7 phone widths) passed with no overflow before launch.
- For a US client, an agent checked 1,734 YouTube links across 406 videos with zero failures left.
